Bots of Instagram
Bots of Instagram is a zine designed in InDesign and Illustrator spotlighting a niche internet subculture: pornographic spam bots that infiltrate social media comment sections. I mixed archival screenshots with a Mondrian-inspired layout to contrast clean modernist structure with chaotic cyber-automation. The design explores how these bots shape digital spaces, affect user experience, and blur the boundaries between authenticity and artificial interaction.
Advocacy Campaign
Created for an advocacy-based design assignment, this poster explores the Prespa Agreement and Greek identity through imagery of Alexander the Great and a visual style inspired by Zorba the Greek. Bold composition and expressive typography convey a strong point of view, emphasizing cultural messaging and visual storytelling.
Retrospective Prints
These collage prints were created for a photography final and produced in Photoshop. The compositions draw inspiration from Barbara Kruger and Yokoo Tadanori, blending appropriated media, personal photos, and bold graphic overlays. The pieces explore identity, memory, and visual excess through layered color and text. They stand out as expressive, experimental graphic prints.
Concrete Poem
This concrete poem reimagines the lyrics of “California” by Lana Del Rey using an X-shaped typographic form. The piece explores how layout, pacing, and spatial rhythm can shape the reading of a text. It was later added to an are.na collection for typographic inspiration, which was a nice recognition of its experimental style.
Data Visualization
This collection showcases data-driven graphics from my Information Aesthetics course at Purchase College. I handled all research, data collection, and dataset organization in Excel, then visualized the results in Adobe Illustrator. Projects include the Pursuit of Prosperity Dashboard and a Purchase College Water Quality Survey, both focused on turning complex data into clear, meaningful visual systems.
